How long should I exercise for?
We don’t recommend any more than 60 minutes within a 24 hour cycle, so for example between 7am to 8am or 6pm to 7pm every day. Please bear in mind the product was designed as a Low Hours + High Force device, compared to most other extenders which are High Hours + Low Force products, so there is certainly no need to wear the device all day under clothing or while you sleep.
